How does the booking process work?
Begin by sending an inquiry; expect a response within 24 hours with our booking form where you can find our packages and pricing. Simply choose your preferred options and finalize the deposit to secure your special event date
What are the event requirements?
For our mobile studio, we require a 15' x 15' of (preferably indoor) space to safely operate. The area should be clean, well-lit, and free of any large obstacles to ensure our professional lighting setup functions optimally.
Do you provide a photographer?
Absolutely. Our signature service, The Portrait Station, brings a professional photographer directly to your celebration. We provide direction and help guests feel comfortable throughout the experience.
What is included in the package?
Our packages include professional studio lighting, curated draped backdrops, custom overlays or monograms, instant digital sharing, and on-site printed portraits for guests to keep.

What are the digital file formats provided?
We deliver high-resolution JPEGs. All digital files are available via online gallery link sent to your phone and sharing station for immediate download and sharing.
Are on-site prints available?
Yes. We offer on-site printed portraits using premium, archival-quality paper. These are available for instant prints via our sharing station.
How are digital files shared?
After each photo session, guests can go to our sharing station to receive a direct link to the live online gallery. This allows for seamless, instant sharing with friends and family.
What is the resolution of the prints?
Our on-site 4x6 prints (or upgraded 5x7 prints) are produced at a minimum of 300 DPI. This ensures a sharp, high-fidelity finish that captures every detail of your portrait.
Is there a photographer behind the camera?
Absolutely. Our mobile studio is led by a professional photographer who provides direction and helps guests feel comfortable throughout the session.
